Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely tape it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the items are unworn.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
